Prepare your body for surfing with Surf Strength & Mobility Training, a structured fitness program designed to enhance your core stability, strength, balance, endurance, and range of motion. Led by competitive surfer Charlie Unsworth, these sessions are tailored to all levels, ensuring that everyone—from beginners to experienced surfers—can progress towards their personal surfing goals.

Session Details
📍 Location: Surf Academy
⏳ Duration: 1 hour (including warm-up & cool-down)
🗓 Format: Structured in blocks over a half-term
👥 Limited to 6 People Per Session – Ensuring focused attention and personalised adjustments

About Your Coach
Charlie Unsworth is a competitive surfer from Braunton with 5 years of coaching experience, working with both grassroots and elite surfers. As a Level 2 ISA Surf Coach, he specializes in building strength, mobility, and endurance to optimise performance in the water.
